The Elden Ring gameplay trailer is in conclusion here with a January 21 release date
The panda GIF didn't belong. After 2 years of silence (exclude for that tiny leak a couple months back), the Elden Ring gameplay laggard is finally here. Debuted during the Summertime Games Fest, information technology shows off what essentially looks look-alike Big Dark Souls, and I'm cool with it.
A release go out of Jan 21, 2022 was also announced, which substance we don't have much longer to wait to play it either.
There's a great deal going on in the trailer, and most of it will flavor jolly familiar to anyone that's played a Souls game in the last decade. Elden Ring looks a lot corresponding Dark Souls, with noncontinuous cathedrals and grotesque monsters and narrators that could use a glass of water.
A couple important inside information to note, or at least stuff that stood out to me:
- Blueish Phantoms are spine, which indicates PvP and co-op are back in well-known form too. Do we get a phantom horse?
- Our guy does a lot of flips, indicating something like Dusky Souls 3's weapon arts system is still hither, maybe taking a more elegant Sekiro-inspired manikin.
- Decorated combat looks rad—besides, our horse can fuckin jump. Skyrim's horses are finished.
- Are we pickings a touch of to a different reality? IT's a usual stem in From's games, and the destroyed, floating vestiges of a cathedral evoke we'll do the same Here.
- Werewolves and fallen kings—Elden Ring's looking like a Unlighted Souls and Bloodborne mashup.
A story precis appeared happening Bandai Namco's Elden Ring page today as well. Information technology reads:
The Golden Order has been broken.
Rise, Tarnished, and be radio-controlled by grace to brandish the index of the Elden Ring and turn an Elden Lord in the Lands 'tween.

From what I can gather, it sounds like we'Re going to murder the power hungry demigod kids of a whol-powerful god queen, steal their ring shards, reassemble the resound, and take over the joint. Rad.
